Engineer Administrator

Location: Whiteparish, Salisbury, UK

A new opportunity to join the Engineering team at a leading provider of digital panel instruments, data loggers and custom design & manufacturing solutions has arisen.
Situated in the village of Whiteparish on the outskirts of Salisbury (UK), we are looking for an administrator to support our busy and expanding Engineering team. This will include control of Documents, Bills of Materials, Engineering Changes and Build Packs.

Requirements for the role:
• High organisational skills and ability to manage a number of projects at the same time
• Ability to prioritise own workload
• Strong communication skills
• Well versed in IT skills for example Microsoft Office
• Must be detail oriented
• Prior use of MRP systems would be an advantage but not essential
• Full clean driving licence
• Non smoker

Hours of work: 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.

Dispatch Controller

Location: Old Sarum, Salisbury, UK

We have a vacancy in our busy Dispatch Department at our Operations facility at Old Sarum. The role involves all aspects relating to order fulfilment.

The successful applicant needs to be dynamic, physically fit, capable of working under pressure whilst remaining calm, and should possess good problem solving and interpersonal skills.
They should have good IT skills, an eye for accuracy and detail, be numerate, possess good English, and ideally will have a full clean driving licence. Fork-lift experience / certification would be a bonus. Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage, but is not essential as full training will be given.

Main duties will include:
• Ensuring the correct product is shipped to customers on-time
• Maintaining accuracy of stocks
• Packing & checking consignments prior to dispatch
• Liaising with carriers

Hours of work 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
